Understanding our appointment process:
It is important that you come prepared for your appointment and are on time.
Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking and any known food or drug allergies
Arrive at least 15 minutes early (so that you have time to get checked in and be ready for your appointment at its scheduled time). This allows our providers to better serve you and remain on time for students scheduled following your appointment as well.
Appointments may be forfeited if you are late.
Use the self-check-in station when you arrive.
Depending on the nature of your visit, there may be a fee or co-pay. Check the fee schedule to see what the charge will be for your appointment.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel so another student may use that time. Use the Student Portal to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time.
Please note, a $20 fee will be billed to your Student Account for all missed appointments. If you do not plan to keep your appointment, please cancel as early as possible. |
